EVENT MANAGEMENT

As a Event Coordinator I have participated in at least 60 implementation by assisting the project manager and production manager. My role included everything from administrative tasks like scheduling, invitations, payroll, and to put together the logistic and plan the events. I used my graphic skills to create design and layout of the production of mobile web and the purchase of decor.

6-month internship at TV4-Group Event Management Department I had the opportunity to work as an Event Coordinator, working at B2B, B2C, PR and internal events. I worked closely with the project managers on projects from concept to completion. This was everything from press conference, exclusive cinema previews, launch events, live broadcasting, parties, sales & internal events.
